Arnold is an 3D talking virtual assistant avatar implemented for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management on their HR Univesity website.

My role was to populate Arnold with a core set of questions and teach him how to correctly pronounce various acronyms commonly used throughout the government. Arnold helped guide the user through the website providing help and/or information. The implementation of Arnold saved OPM time and money.

In addition to populating Arnold I developed a job aid that would help instruct government employees how to populate him with additional information.
