This myCSOSA Learning Management System Basic Training instructional video was designed and developed for the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) for the District of Columbia. This instructional video introduces the user to the learning management system and navigates the user in a step-by-step simulation how to access and use this learning management system for the delivery of mandatory and non-mandatory training and the tracking of each training.

I designed and programmed this instructional video in Articulate 360. The video features audio, closed captioning, and sound. I was responsible for developing all images, icons, and complex interactions.
